Purchased much mis-advertised Chevrolet-BEAT LT car in January 2010. Experiencing

# noisy rear-suspension
# etc. etc.
Repeated re-programming of the Car by the technical experts of General Motors could not remove the defects and hence, am feeling to have been robbed of my money.

The slogan, sexy [be careful the sex is unsafe and can result into HIV], sporty [you will become a ping pong ball] and solid [solid beat on your pocket to bankrupt you].

Is there anyone else in India experiencing similar problems in the Chevy's Car?

What can I do to get rid off this, being an elderly person suffering from cardiac ailments?

Why the foreign companies like this, cheat innocent Indian?
